• Your agency or jurisdiction
• Your role
• An optional phone number

How we use it

We use this information only to contact you about setting up your demo line. We do not sell it. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

If you become a customer, we keep your details in our records system. If you do not, we delete your demo request after 24 months of no contact.

Your rights

You can ask us to send you a copy of your information, correct it, or delete it. Email privacy@311help.online.
