311help.online is committed to making our product and our marketing site usable by every resident and every public-sector team member, regardless of ability.
Our target
We design against WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Our voice agent uses plain-language prompts, supports relay services, and operates in English and Spanish by default. We have not yet completed a third-party audit; this statement is a self-attestation of our design intent and current practice.
This site
- Semantic HTML5 landmarks and a skip-to-main-content link on every page.
- Visible 3px focus rings on every interactive element.
- Color contrast designed against the WCAG 2.1 AA bar for the green palette.
- Animations respect
prefers-reduced-motion. - Form fields have associated labels, required state in text (not color alone), and native HTML5 validation.
