311help.online is committed to making our product and our marketing site usable by every resident and every public-sector team member, regardless of ability.

Our target

We design against WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Our voice agent uses plain-language prompts, supports relay services, and operates in English and Spanish by default. We have not yet completed a third-party audit; this statement is a self-attestation of our design intent and current practice.
